Special requests such as a ground floor room, lift access or a particular dietary need are always welcome. Tell us in writing when you book and we will confirm in writing whether we can do it. Lift access reaches a limited number of bedrooms, so do ask early.
Bedroom and bathroom photographs are examples. Every room is a little different, which is part of the charm of an older building.
