We use seasonal, locally sourced produce wherever we can, so the menu shifts with what is good. Succulent seafood caught off the Dorset coast, farm fresh meat, and vegetarian dishes with real thought behind them. Room service is available during restaurant and bar hours if you would rather eat upstairs.
Whether you are staying with us or just after a good meal in Weymouth, you are welcome. The Gallery Bar next door does lighter bites and heartier classics through the day.
